As my previous post states, soups are an easy meal for lunch or a light supper. But the art of the liquidized main course has been lost to fatty cream of mushroom and greasy chicken noodle soups. The convenience of a microwavable work lunch shouldn’t take place over taste. Now, I’m not saying that all pre-packaged foods are horrible, but if you want convenience without taking away flavor, then make your own soups ahead of time and freeze them!
